We certainly work with both in either a group or one to one basis. Once the problem solving part is completed we aim to make the work group self sufficient through transfer of knowledge and/or coaching skills.
How do we know if we are making progress?
At the start of each project we are very particular about identifying the accountabilities of PK in terms of desired outcomes, financial and otherwise.
Although there are many factors at work including decisions that are taken in the business that impact on performance we are serious about identifying our own KPI’s and being held accountable for them.
Clear measurement criteria against each desired outcomes are set up in advance, recorded and reported upon as part of the standard agenda for each coaching meeting.
